I like that all of the teens you have mentioned have taken action toward their field in some way. My 16 year old has gone from being interested in graphic art to radiology technician and now onto computer network administration. Her school offers a course in the latter.

My 10 year old wants to make video games. My 9 year old daughter has wanted to be a wildlife biologist for years. She loves to learn about animals. She knows so much about animals, how to make their sounds etc.

My oldest is just starting to get his feet wet with thinking about the future, college, career, etc. This book looks great for my youngest! They can both explore career options together. Thanks for the opportunity.

My daughter is just starting t research careers, so when she comes across a job or activity she does some online research to learn more about it. This is something I need to be more intentional about.

What a great book! My kids are showing me all kinds of ways to explore career options. My oldest is interested in cosmetology and has volunteered to do hair and makeup at our Church’s annual Christmas Play. She’s also done hair and makeup for a community production of The Sound of Music. My younger daughter is raising egg-laying chickens (I see her being a farmer’s wife and being a entrepreneur). My oldest son is interested in being an author and has taken 2 courses with One Year Adventure Novel. My youngest son has dreams of playing in the NFL (for the Packers, specifically 🙂 ) and is involved in middle school football and has gone to football camps.

What a great resource! My oldest is learning all about cake decorating in hopes of opening a bakery some day. My second wants to be an artist and is daily practicing his skills.

What a fun book! My high schooler is looking into options for volunteering in places that would allow her to explore career options; my little two are still figuring out what jobs are!
