Springtime Splendor: Mixed Media Art Workshop for Older Kids

Has spring sprung where you live yet? Here in Florida we seemed to have skipped spring and moved right on to summer!

Luckily, with this new mixed media course, our house will be filled with beautiful spring projects.

My kids can’t wait to start another one of these art workshops from Alisha. They took part in the winter workshop and were thrilled with the types of projects they completed.

Before we found these workshops, my art loving teen hadn’t done much experimenting with various mediums, especially within a single piece of work. She learned a lot!

Personally, I love the fact that the workshop is an e-course, so we’re able to work on everything in our own home. Alisha does a wonderful job with the videos, walking you step-by-step through the process, so even those who don’t consider themselves artists can feel successful.

My older kids were able to complete the classes independently – a huge bonus in my book!

I plan on using Springtime Splendor: Mixed Media Workshop as our family’s art lessons for the month, leaving me with one less thing to have to teach.

Over the 4 week course, your family will receive instructional videos showing you how to complete 20 different art projects. And your access to them will never expire! That means you can truly work at your own pace.

Some of the art forms you’ll work with include:

  • sculpting
  • hand lettering
  • art journaling
  • watercolor painting
  • and more!

Classes are ready now, so start today!

I love homeschooling! Learning is a way of life for our family. Most days you will find us exploring our Central Florida community, having fun while learning. I am constantly looking for new and interactive ways to engage my older children.
